Meet The Owner

I’m Bianca Woods, born and raised in Decatur, Alabama. Growing up, I wasn’t into sports and struggled with my weight. It wasn’t until my junior year that I saw a friend lose weight and transform her body—someone who looked like me. She had a workout DVD called "Black Girls Workout Too," and I decided to give it a try. It was tough, but I pushed through, and my mom joined me too. Gradually, I saw changes in both my body and mind, and working out became part of my daily routine.

At first, I was doing this for myself, but soon I noticed others—classmates, family, and strangers—were inspired too. That’s when I realized my true purpose and passion.

I went on to earn a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in Fitness Leadership, along with minors in Medical Sociology and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (Go Blazers!). I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, currently pursuing my master’s in Applied Kinesiology with plans to get my Ph.D.

My mission is to help others “BEE FIT. BEE HAPPY. LIVE LONGER!” and choose health before they’re forced into a diagnosis. I look forward to sharing my journey and knowledge to inspire lasting change.
