I didn't get into fitness because it was easy. I got into it because I watched my community suffer from preventable diseases — diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity — and I watched people struggle year after year chasing extreme diets and quick fixes that never lasted. I knew there had to be a better way.
With a BS in Kinesiology, minors in Nutrition Sciences and Medical Sociology, and certifications as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I built Beest Mode Fitness to meet people where they are.
